Arrival in Havana!

After a marathon flights from Kona to LAX to Miami to Havana, Cuba we arrived and basked in the glory that is Cuba!

We met our wonderful facilitators and Cuban hosts, touring Havana’s Revolutionary District and eating a delicious lunch. We then went to music and art cultural center, witnessing social entrepreneurship in action. We are staying at Casa Particulares, which is spacious and filled with charm. This evening we went out for an incredible dinner and learned more about Cuba’s socioeconomic history and current climate from our Cuban guide Jessie.

On Sunday we dive into design thinking workshops and tour more of Havana. Time to get some rest!
