Little things I love
Comes from the underdog,
Like the man who spoke of
Devastation and a history log.
He had an old style.
He showed us a smile.
He wanted us to learn.
He gave with no return.
Then we bumped into the man
In all places - China Town!
With a smile he began
Continuing to show us around.
- This is a little something about people like the tour man and make Japan a wholesome community.
Konnichiwa!! It’s been hectic the past few hours that I can hardly remember what I ate for breakfast, but this is what I’ve got so far: We woke up. Trains. More trains. Vending machines. Potty breaks because of the vending machines. Natural Disaster Museum. Met a cool tour guide, Mr. Shinichiro Sarai. China Town. KŌBE BEEF!! Woot wooot. First soccer game. Trains. Dinner with Aki and his parents. Train. And now - sitting on my bed alongside tea and almond pudding. It would be shortly descriptive to call this a long day. I got to experience watching a professional soccer game - and the energetic crowd that goes with it! And be in an earthquake simulation and meet the volunteer tour guide! And then see him again in China Town! To sum it up, it was a long and eventful day.

The museum guide Mr. Shinichiro Sarai.

He is explaining about the structural engineer of Japanese buildings against earthquake.

Shiba-inu on the streets of Kobe.

Kobe's Chinatown.

KOBE BEEF!!!

Kobe Noevir Soccer Stadium: The home of Vissel Kobe.

We are so excited and overwhelmed at the same time.

The visiting team - Cerezo Osaka.

Dinner hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Ueno. Thank you!

Of course, Aki was there!

Fashion town - Kobe Motomachi.
