Today the group started the journey with a warm and lovely morning with a slight breeze that was that was not too cold but just right. We went to Odaiba in Tokyo and visited the city that was built on trash. The city was very clean like all the other places we visited in Japan so far. We visited the science/technology museum (Miraikan) that housed the first ever two-legged walking robot made by Honda. The exhibit was very knowledgeable and also provided fun games to play. Afterward, we explored some and then found ourselves at the new Gundam statue. It was tall and shiny and had music like a Transformer. We then ate a quick delicious lunch and bought a three-hour pass to a sport/arcade center called Round One. An extremely exciting time with lots of memories made. To wrap the day up we ate another fabulous dinner and checked out the Gundam statue at night. Truly a lovely view!
I think we can all say that today was packed with action and adventure that will never be forgotten.
